Day Fifty Two… Unexpected Challenges Rear Their Ugly Head… 07/01/15

Got my original space back! I was so glad to get out from under that bridge! The same exact spot was available again and I jumped on it right away… A car tried to swing in there right before me but I convinced them to let me have it… Thank you nice stranger… You saved me a lot of time and aggravation…

So, I spent the day getting ready to take off tomorrow morning… I was having some electrical issues where the power in my cab was not lasting very long even though I ran my generator for four hours to charge the batteries… I was really concerned about this… I spent hours trying to solve the problem… I think one of the batteries is bad… So when I pick up my friend Ray tomorrow, I will have to stop at an Advanced Auto Parts and get a new battery… I am under warranty and I just bought one of the batteries… Hopefully I can swap the bad one for a new one, even if it’s not the exact battery I just bought… I only have  a receipt for the one battery but the other was bought brand new from the same place 4 months ago, so its not like I’m cheating anyone…

So, after this concerning bad news, I also get an e-mail from Sprint, saying I owe money again! I broke up with them 3 months ago and have fought with them about this issue and another issue 10 times now… Every time they determine I’m right and remove the charge, it just pops up again in two weeks! It’s unbelievable how incompetent their system is… They always remove the charge in the end and promise I won’t have to fight in the future, only to end up back on the phone… I am so tired of wasting my time with these mammoth companies that are too big for their own good… They always blame their computer for putting the charge back on… WTF! Is this a bad version of the movie “Terminator?” Their greed is so enormous it has infected their digital system and it’s billing people unnecessarily for the hell of it! How do you fight such idiocy? They are basically telling me they have no control over their computers billing people and I have talked to the Excutive Department on this issue three times now… Not even the big wigs have control over this chaos! I’m not making this up… The computers are starting their dominance and revolution through Sprint…lol. How fitting since I think the company is the devil himself…

I ended up on the phone with them for another 4 hours because I refused to hang up without a receipt, which they conveniently can never provide… All I wanted was an e-mail receipt stating I don’t owe Sprint anything from this point on and my account”s closed so if this happens again, which it will, I can just slap that right in their faces… They couldn’t even do that…

So, if that rebellious computer decides to charge me again, I am going to have to call and sit on the phone fighting with them to look up information that states I don’t owe… Folks, I know you don’t want to hear this shit but I just don’t know what to do. I am at the mercy of this company… If I don’t call and fight the charge then they will send me to collections and ruin my credit but when I do, I end up wasting hours of my time just to get back to the same resolution… Every time they promise up and down it won’t happen again, for it only TO HAPPEN AGAIN… Then they are shocked when I am pissed about this…

3 months folks… 3 months of this and I’m not even a customer anymore… This time I got another Executive on the phone… He actually gave me his personal number this time… they would never do that before… So, when this happens again, I have to call him… I honestly don’t expect this to be a viable solution because all they have done up to now is just blatantly lie with empty promises and fake concern… I think this is on the lines of harassment but what am I going to do… Waste more of my time getting a lawyer and suing? And how would I be compensated at this point? Oh what a mess we have created folks…

I was supposed to see the new “Terminator” with a friend but didn’t make it… How ironic… So, that was my day folks… Can’t wait to get back into isolation and forget this mess… If you are with Sprint… get out! I know it’s a pain in the ass to switch but T-mobile buys out your contract… Not like T-mobile is much better but at least they don’t hit you with hidden fees and such, like Sprint does… Sprint is absolutely awful and they go down as one of the worst companies in this country when it comes to dealing with their customers… Get out before this mess happens to you because it will eventually… They are that completely incompetent…

Got Mario’s Pizza again for dinner and then went to bed at midnight… See you tomorrow… good night…
