Well folks, being a huge fan of the #ChristmasHolidays, I can’t resist showing you a few houses in #Parhump,Nevada that were extra special… I of course was also driving around doing a little research…
For another holiday decorating competition was coming up and #TheMillenniumFalcon was looking to win this one also…
You wouldn’t think it could be so festive out here in the #desert…
But considering there is very little light pollution, #ChristmasLights have a little more of a Holiday glow our here…
These Christmas lights above are at least a mile away and they still come out on my crappy iPhone pretty well…
#TheTravelingMac was looking forward to spending his first Christmas with Tracey… I wasn’t going home this year so it was going to be a desert holiday for sure…
Even on the #RV lots there were very impressive displays like this one above…
I will go a little more traditional of course and will create most of my own decorations… Not that these blow up decorations aren’t fun to look at, I just like something a little more subtle and less gaudy…
This street is the reason I even did this #blog post… I couldn’t believe what all the residents on this street had created…
I wanted to give you a step by step approach so you can see what was revealed to us the first time we passed through this #Festive area…
I mean, wow! This had to take days to set up!
A magical wonderland… I looked to see if I had to purchase a ticket before entering… lol!
Christmas is coming folks! I found it a little hard to get into the Christmas spirit out in the desert but after seeing this display…
I was immediately catapulted into the Christmas season…
Tracey and I had Christmas music blasting on the radio…
But we had to turn the music down here because they even had their own Christmas Tunes cranking…
I miss the cold and the lovely Christmas feeling out on the East Coast with my family… I thought I would never get into the Christmas spirit way out here in the middle of nowhere… But I guess the Christmas spirit is something you hold onto inside… You just carry it with you and experience it different places in different ways…
